Shipping & Delivery

We can currently ship our products within the continental USA.

Yes, we currently offer free shipping for orders with delivery within the continental United States.

You will usually have your purchase in-hand between 3-5 working days from the time of order.

The first step is to check with the local courier that made the final delivery. You should be able to find them using the tracking information in the email we sent you when your purchase was dispatched. If you need additional help please get in touch.

We’ve very sorry to hear that! But don’t worry, we will get you a replacement product shipped out as quickly as possible. Please get in touch via the Contact Us page with your order number, delivery address, and a photo and description of the damage.

Returns and exchanges

Contact us with the reason for the return and your order number and we will get the process underway.

We are happy to accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Contact us to start a refund.
